Mitchell’s funeral service will be held in The Chapel,
Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden Valley Way, Leppington
on Monday 29th April 2019, at 11:00am 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

There will be a memory time-capsule at the service for Mitchell's children Kyron, Presley and Madden, if you would like to place a written note, photograph or momento of their Dad for them to open in the future and reflect on his memory.
