My heartfelt condolences to Wayne and the entire family.
Joy was a beacon of light in everyone’s lives. Her generous spirit was infectious, and she always greeted you with a warm smile. She was a dedicated family historian who helped countless researchers like her. The South Coast Register headline from September 2012 perfectly encapsulates her passion: “For the joy of helping people make history.”
