I have fond memories of a wonderful Math Teacher in the early 80's at Shoalhaven High School then catching up at our High School Reunion again around 10 years ago. A lovely man that I will always remember. Sending love, thoughts and condolences to all Phil's family and friends xx

My sincere condolences to Phil's family. I attended St.Leos, Wahroonga with Phil and we played in the Firsts together.
It was always great to catch up with him at our school reunions. Phil was a top bloke and will be remembered as a true gentleman. R.I.P Phil.

I remember so fondly, childhood summer holidays at Greenwell Point, spending time with my favourite Uncle and Aunt, Phil and Anne. Eating Uncle Phil’s freshly caught fish with Aunty Anne’s coleslaw, was definitely a highlight. My relationship with Uncle Phil grew over the years. He always made time to visit with me and my children when we would stay with Dad at Culburra. Then when Dad moved to Canberra, he kept in touch and spent time with Dad, his brother Paul, and my family when he could. His love for his children and then his grandchildren, was always evident. He was a gentle and kind Uncle who will be greatly missed. xxx

What a privilege it was to have a great-uncle like Uncle Phil and to feel so loved by him. I will always remember fondly the afternoons in Greenwell Point and Culburra sitting around chatting and laughing and the fishing and hunting trips he took to Rylstone. A kind, loving man that was such a fun and beautiful Grandfather to his own grandkids and an amazing great-uncle to us, the grandchildren of his brother. Thank you for all the amazing memories Uncle Phil we will miss you xxx
