Teddy a true gentleman whom we will all miss. You always went above and beyond to take your time to teach me many things about life and love, to making sure I did the right thing and for calling me a pillock or pelican when I didn’t making me laugh along the way. I’m going to miss our conversations and that great beer you made. The only comfort we have is knowing you are with your queen Pat. Till we meet again keep that beer cold and the glass full.

To my amazing grandfather/pop the man I loves more than words can ever explain. The one man that never make me question how much he loved me at all.my pop was a strong man with a heart of gold that's what I loved about my pop the most . I appreciate you so much giving me the best childhood ever I will cherish that forever.. and having my back always thanks for always having patience with me and showing the way of life and always being my biggest cheerleader everythink that I did. Ted was an amazing man kind and caring. We had several catchups when down in Nowra. Lunches at the Bomadery Bowling Club where we had a flutter on the pokies with him and one particular outing to Culburra Beach. He was our rock when our mum Enid became frail notifying us if he was worried about her. We know he suffered with health problems and now thankfully he is at peace. He will never be forgotten. Our symphony goes out to all his family and friends Love Pam, Rick and the Cumming family.

My amazing Dad passed away Saturday 3 August 2024.
A harder working man you would not find, from the streets of Aston, United Kingdom to Sydney Australia his journey spanned the world.
Some would say he was a hard taskmaster, a man that would not suffer fools gladly and they would be right.
His forthright attitude and no nonsense approach to life earned him a reputation of being a hard man, for those close to him we saw a more vulnerable side - a husband, a father, a friend, a man that took chances and worked his arse off to provide for his family and be there for his friends in times of need.
We never went without - warm clothes, food on the table, a comfortable home - I always felt secure as a child.
He demanded the best of you at all times and he would return that in kind, he instilled in me a strong work ethic that has put me in good stead to this day.
You shall be missed Old Boy, I am lucky that in your final days we got to spend time, said the things that needed to be said and sat and laughed and spoke not just as father and son but man to man - these memories and time together I will treasure always

Uncle Ted you were in touch even though you were so many miles away! I always looked forward to receiving your christmas cards each year! A Great loving Uncle and Brother to my mom! I have fond memories of visiting you in the UK before you left for Australia. I can remember your stone fire place, I don't know why?? I was only little but just remember it so well. Like crazy paving. You were always laughing. You spoke to my kids so lovingly and making them laugh at their nan's when you telephoned.I'm so glad i have contact with your boys, my cousins Stewart and Eddie, sending them so much love and hugs at this difficult time. We will miss you loads! Together forever now with Auntie Pat say hi to Mom for me xx toasting you with a whisky! Love always Belinda, Matt and family xx

Dad, you will be deeply missed by us, but your love and legacy will never fade from our hearts and our thoughts. Very sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Ted. I was very young when he emigrated in the early 70's and so mostly I knew of him through my mums little black book of addresses (his sister Mickey). Thoughts are with the whole family. Will Kett
