When I think of you uncle Eric I think of your warm presence, your hugs and your contagious smile. You were such a gentle and loving man and saying goodbye will not be easy. Sorry I can't be there in person today, but I take comfort in knowing you will be with aunty Ene, please tickle her soft elbows for me. I have so many fond memories of you Uncle Eric, you were a kind and gentle man with a smile that went from ear to ear. You were adored by everyone whose path you crossed. Your hugs were like no other, squeezing so tight I almost burst. If I think of you i smile and memories of sunday school, church, especially family service where you read your personally illustrated books, girls brigade and camps come rushing back. I learnt so much from you about God and making the right choices. As a young person I would often think about your scriptures and they would help me make the right choices (mostly ). You are so very loved by your family and I take pleasure in knowing that you're reunited with Aunty Ene and how happy she would be to have you back by her side. We were blessed to have you in our lives and as you would always say "Love ya"
