I never thought I would not be seeing my friend again. We always say there is always another day to catch up and many times I had thought I should try catch up on one of my many motorbike rides south but for one reason or another it wasn't possible. If only...
Among the many memories I have stored away one I always remember was the time I was tricked to use the Finger prick device at a party at Janelle's. I had been in the Ladies when I returned they said your turn, they had all had a go. I felt for Janelle those devices were brutal back then they told me after non of them did it.Cheeky!
Janelle was a very generous and caring friend, traits passed down from her Parents Lyn and Harold who I am forever grateful to have had a touch of this generosity. I found myself in need of a place to stay and they opened their home to me treating me as one of their own. I have fond memories of Lyn sitting in the lounge area splitting the green beans for dinner. Harold loved the onions in vinegar and got me onto loving them too. I will always remember the laughter and joy.
Although I am not there in person today know that I am thinking of you all during this difficult time, love to all.
