My treasured friend had very many wonderful qualities, she was kind, generous to all, a superb cook and a talented gardener. Above all Erica had an unflagging enthusiasm for fun, her childish sense of humour made her the perfect companion regardless of what we were up to. Shopping, lunching, rehoming everything from garden mulch to animals.
She was a devoted mother and mother in law to Chris and Cheryl, Phillip and Jane, so proud of them and fiercely loyal.
She left me with thousands of memories that I'll hold dear for the rest of my life.
