My sincere condolences to all of Vi’s family I know she truely adored you all. I had the pleasure of being Vi’s hairdresser for the last few years it was an absolute pleasure knowing her and seeing who I considered my dear friend every week always coming with in with her bright smile and a story to tell of the family she loved more then anything in this world ! I will miss her dearly a wonderful lady who just made you smile and always made me feel so needed and cherished May you Rest In Peace and forever be the angel you were to us xxx

Vi was a lady who always had a great smile for all those who new her. During her time when she was my Uncle Stan’s partner, she would welcome my parents, brothers and myself to their home with open arms. We lost contact with her over the years, but she was always part of our family and will be missed by all. Ros Hodge

Vi, or Aunty Vi as she was known by our children James and Kelly, came into our lives in the mid-1970s when she and my father Stan Hodge came together as partners. With the love and support she provided, Vi brought happiness into Dad's life and she was there for him as his health began to deteriorate, making his final years comfortable and peaceful. We remember Vi as a kind and considerate, thoughtful, compassionate, and caring person who gave her time freely to help others. I'm so glad I had a chance to talk to Vi as she travelled with her family up to Sydney for Christmas 2022, sounding so joyful and positive. I will cling to the memory of that conversation. Rest well and easy, Vi. Terry & Marian Hodge On behalf of James and Kelly and their families, and Bob & Kate Hodge. And of course thank you for being there for Dad.

My heart felt condolences go out to all Violets family. She was a gorgeous lady with a beautiful sole. She loved her family so much and often said how lucky she was to have such a good family who always looked out for her,was always there for her and always showed her the love. She had a beautiful Xmas, she said she didn't have to do a thing. She said she was waited on like a queen. She was spoilt and She received some gorgeous gifts from her daughters and grandchildren. This was my last conversation and time spent with Vi.We always had a good chat and some laughs whether it was about our families or what was on Dr Phil.I will surely miss my fortnightly visits with her.RIP beautiful lady,let your wings spread wide and fly free.

We will never forget Violet. She gave her time to volunteer at Coastal Waters. I worked there, as did her daughter Donna.Our deepest condolences to her and the family. We will miss seeing Violet around. A very lovely lady. RIP. ♥
